Property Management

Essex House Condominium is managed by KPA Management.  KPA specializes in the management of community associations in Northern Virginia exclusively, is licensed by The Commonwealth of Virginia and has earned The Accredited Association Management, AAMC from CAI.
 
Our Community Manager is Julie McGlothlin, CMCA.  Julie has been in the property management field since 1989. She began her property management career in residential rental management and switched to the management of common interest communities in 1995. Prior to joining KPA in September 2000 as a Portfolio Manager, she was a Portfolio Community Manager with Dubin and Associates in Maryland and Legum & Norman in Tysons Comer, Virginia, managing condominiums, homeowner associations and cooperatives in Virginia and the District of Columbia.
